One of ITAMSs specialties is the development and implementation of Total Roadway Asset Management Solutions
(TRAMSs). TRAMSs have the following core sub-systems:
1-Pavement Management System (PMS)
This sub-system includes all the data attributes related to the paved surfaces,shoulders, median….etc.
2-Structures Management System (SMS)
This sub-system includes all the data attributes related to transportation structures, such as bridges, large culverts,
underpasses, etc.
3-ROW Management System (ROWMS)
This sub-system includes all the data attributes related to the roadway furniture, such as signs, fences….etc.
4-Utility Management System (UMS)
This sub-system includes all the data attributes related to the utilities that the agency is responsible
for their maintenance, such as storm water system, etc.
5-Maintenance Management System (MMS)
[Work Order Management System]This sub-system is used to monitor the implementation of the other sub-systems
maintenance plans.
[GIS] This sub-system is designed to link to all other sub-systems to allow presenting the outcomes of
the modules on color maps.
